The push ups were nothing for him. He didn't mind gym class, really. It was his last period, and was fairly easy conseidering he really didn't need to breathe. The only thing that was complicated was not showing up the boys who believed themselves akin to gods, stronger than anyone, faster than anyone. How he would love to show every single one of those boys up, but he did have a secret to hide. and he had to keep it. He kept up the charade well enough, but deep insde, he was dying to be like them. Not to have to hide something like this. To be able to show those assholes what he was capable of.


Class was over quickly, and Edward stripped down and showered, and hurridley dressed himself as the bell rang. He wanted to meet Bella before she got out of the school, before she met up with thier family, and there was no time alone. He ran a hand through his soaked hair, and collected his things, walking to the hall outside of the gym. He noticed her down the hall, walking. He leaned back against a locker and smiled widley. She was so beautiful, and she was his. "Bella." He shouted, waving a long arm in the air, hoping to catch her attention. "Bells!"

Bella hated every minute she had to spend away from Edward. She knew it was something that needed to happen but that didn't mean that she couldn't be sad about it. She loved her husband and it only made sense that they would be able to spend there time together, considering what they were. No they agreed that it would be best that they continued with putting on a show for everyone else to avoid getting caught. Not to mention it was also difficult not treating Renesmee like her daughter in school...It was awkward.

As the final bell rang Bella walked out of the classroom in a hurry. She wanted to see Edward before the rush of family showed up. To her surprise there was a boy following her. Great, why did she always have to have boys following her...She wasn't even that pretty. Oh wait, that's right. She was absolutely stunning now because she was a vampire. She smiled an irritated smile and turned around to see the loves struck puppy smiling down at her.

"Listen uhhh...Trent is it?"

[/i] The boy smiled and even bigger smile and nodded. She nodded and sighed, this was getting old. "Okay Trent. It was cute the first week. Now it's just getting old. I have a boyfriend."[/i] To her surprise, that was not enough. "Come on Bells...I could totally take him down." The comment mad her laugh, she then heard a voice that was all to familiar. It was Edward. She looked to see him and when she did she smiled and waved him over. The boy didn't leave like he usually did. Great, this was going to be interesting.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

His smile widened as she waved, but all in an instant, his smile faded. There was a boy next to Bella. Hmm, well. At least there would be some fun today. He walked over, his graceful strut nearly first nature. When he approached her, he wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her into him. He then smiled into a kiss, passonate and true. A golden eye flashed to the boy, who's eyes widened. He was angry. Outside, Edward was madly in love. Inside, he was fuming. He resisted the urge to tear the young boy limb from limb, but it wasn't completley out of the question. After what seemed like forever, Edward pulled away from Bella, his hand never moving. A polite expression crossed his pale face as he extended a hand to the boy. "Edward Cullen." The boy took it, doing his best to squeeze as hard as he could. Edward pressed a little harder than neccessary, and the boy quickly recoiled.

"I see you've met my girlfriend." He chuckled, laying his chin on the top of her head."Thanks Pal, but I got it from here." He moved his free as if he were shooing a dog, and, while the boy looked angry, he showed no intentions of leaving. Well, no body ever said teenage boys were the brightest creatures on the planet. This one seemed to have a particularly vulgar mind, and Edward couldn't help but laugh inwardly. He leaned in as close as he could, and whispered to the boy. "Good Bye." [/center].[/color][/font]

Bella felt the same way she always did when Edward kissed her, like she was melting. It was one of the most amazing feelings she ever had. She always acted like a little school girl when she was around him. When he looked at the boy she could tell that Edward was playing with him. Edward never liked it when boys gave her more attention than needed but he handled ever situation very well. It was almost like he had been hiding this secret for years...Oh wait.

The boy finally took the hint when Edward told him goodbye. He looked at Bella and smiled, she simply waved and looked at Edward. She than began her normal watch for the others, they were always following shortly after Edward's entrance if not before. "You know...You really shouldn't be so hard on these poor boys...After all you made me this way."

[/i] she said joking around about it. It was true though...He is the one who made her a vampire. Her thoughts were quickly cut off when she began thinking about that kiss he gave her. She looked at him and smiled. "Now about that kiss."[/i][/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

"Kiss?" he teased. "Oh, you mean, like this." he mimicked his early movement, then quickly pulled away, wrapping her tightly in his arms."It's not my fault you are beautiful. What I did dosen't change anything, just magnifies it. Of coure, making you as beauitful as you were seemed nearly impossible at the time." He ran a finger down her cheeck gently, loving the feeling of her skin beneath his own. There was nowhere in the world he would rather be than right her. Everything around them ceased. They were alone. Wherever they were, they were alone.

"So," He asked, reluctanly pulling from thier hug and taking her hand, his gaze never fleeting from her eyes.
"How was your day? It kills me that we have no classes togehter. Although I'm sure we could fix it if need be." He lowered a free hand into his pocket and pulled out his keys.
"Emmett got a dentention, and Alice and Jasper had early out. Nessie and Rose are no doubt together. I figure we have about fifteen minuets, give or take." He winked sweetly, and returned the keys to his wool pocket. "Well, let's go." He knew he had to go to his locker, but he didn't care. Homework didn't matter right now [/center].[/color][/font]

Fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes of heaven here on earth. As they walked all she could think about was him. They were perfect in every way now. She remembered when she was human. A kiss like the ones he gave her now were enough for him to kill her when she was human. Now...They were just a part of normal life. She was so glad she was like this now. Sure keeping the secret was hard but here in New York it seemed like it was almost never clear outside. That and she was close to all the things she wanted to be. As they reached her locker she stopped and freed her hand from his even though she really didn't want to and began opening it. She dropped off her economics book and grabbed her physics and Greek Mythology book. One of her favorite classes was mythology. There was so much there. She also grabbed her Shakespeare book and closed the locker. She turned to see Edward and smiled.

"I wonder if Carlisle ever knew Shakespeare. Sure would make writing essays on him easier and a lot more fun." She said as she took his hand. As they walked to his locker she started to think about classes. How amazing it would be to have him in her mythology class and Shakespeare class. "You know...If you wanted...You could always transfer into my myth class, or Shakespeare class. Would make studying a lot more interesting if you know what I mean." She said giving him a devilish and flirtatious grin.

"I doubt it." Edward said with his crooked smile. "Being the son of an Anglican minister, Carlisle was very sheltered up until his teen years. He never would've cavorted with riff raff like Will Shakesper." he smiled and leaned over her, examing as she spoke, always so expressive, as if everything in the world were new, exciting. He loved that in her. While he had utterly worshiped her humanity, he had quickly discovered that he loved her more as she was, right now. She was immortal meaning that she would never leave him. But, she was just as she was back in Forks, before everything changed. He took the moment at face value, and kissed her., remebering the time when they had first started dating, and Mike newton witnessed a moment much like they were having now, and nearly stompped off.

Bella couldn't help but feel like blushing when he said he loved her. One of the the great things about being a vampire...No blushing. Though she was sad that the kiss had stopped she was happy to know that he loved her. Since he left her to go try and kill himself she never doubted his love. She was glad ahe was this way now. They would never part. They would always be together. As she gazed into his beautiful golden eyes that still seemed to put her under a spell she looked around.

"Nesse misses Forks. I can tell...She never wants to go out when the rest of the family does." she said as they began walking to the car. She could sense this about her daughter. Something about being her mother and being able to sense that something was wrong. I miss Forks to Edward." She said as she stopped and looked at Edward. She really did miss Forks and was worried about her daughter's happiness.
