But then in 1918, He alone with his parents Edward Sr. and Elizabeth Masen, Caught Spanish Influenza. Edwards father died first. Then, Mrs. Masen asked Dr. Carlise Cullen to do whatever he needed to to keep her son alive. His mother died a few hours later. Carlisle, after taking Edwards mother to the morgue, acted. He took Edward back to his home, and changed him into a vampire,in 1918. In his early years as a newborn, Edward rebelled, and left Carlise.
He used his gift, the ability to read minds, to find and kill the very evil in society.Soon, He returned to Carlise, feeling very guilty about what he had done. He wanted to return to Carlise way of life, The "vegetarian" way of life. Over the next 90 years, He watched many people join there way of life. Next, was Rosalie Hale, a young women who had been beaten and raped by her fiancee. Carlise originally brought her home for Edward, But he didn't like her. Then Joined Mary Alice Brandon "Cullen", Emmett Dale McCarthy "Cullen and Jasper Whitlock "Cullen"
All of his "siblings" found love with each other, but never Edward. Rosalie said he was unpleaseable and Unattainable. That is, until he met Bella. Isabella Swan moved to Forks to live with her father, and Edward like everybody, soon found out just how interesting the new girl was. He couldn't read her mind, which baffled him. And He had an intense urge to kill her, even willing to massacre the whole class to do so. So, for his safety and theres, his family sent him to live with the Denali coven in Alaska. He returned one week later, now not wanting to kill Bella, But protect her. He said he felt very protective of her. When he gets up the courage to speak with Bella, He is fascinated with her. When he saved her from being crushed by a car, he then refused to speak with her for another few months.
Eventually, he realizes he loves her, and decides to introduce her to there family. They all like her, save Rosalie, who thinks Edward is being selfish and is putting them all in danger. Eventually, The two of them fall madly in love, and all the trials of their romance, Such as Bella being attacked by a nomadic vampire, and Edward leaving her ,only makes it stronger.Upon her graduation from high school, Bella and Edward have already made plans to marry. They do so, and during their honeymoon Bella becomes pregnat. Edward rushes her back to Carlise, and speaks in favor of removing the thing, But Bella straight out refuses. So, they had to get the baby, because it's amniotic sack is a hard as a vampire's skin, through a c-section. During this, the baby broke Bella's spine. So, Edward was forced to transform Bella, into an Immortal, So that they could live together for eternity.
