{M} Being Human {Leon}

Callie pushed open the door to the sports stadium and looked around, fazed by the cool air and sun peaking out. So hungry she thought, feeling her throat tightening for food. Stumbling in her heels, she leaned against the bar and look up at the sky, her eyes tainted in the color white. Her nails squeezed into the metal and wheezing, she stumbled down the steps onto the field.

In the corner of her eye, she saw a little cute freshman girl tying her shoe. No one around and she smelled mediocre, but hell she wasn’t picky. “Hey? Can you help me” Callie called out to her, playing with her dress. The girl looked up with such a sweet smile and stood, arms at side, neck prepared. “Sure, wadda need?” She asked, in a sweet little Texas accent.

Callie put a delicate pale hand on her shoulder and smiled gently. Her hand slid up to her neck and flicked her wrist, breaking the neck immediately. The girl slid lifeless into her arms like a doll. Callie took one glance around and saw once again she was alone.

Carrying the girl bridal style, she walked over behind the ball shed and bit down on her neck. The blood surged into her mouth, it tasted so sweet and when she saw herself she dropped the body in her lap and felt a tear fall from her face. “What am I?” she asked aloud, holding up her hands, seeing them blood stained.

Leon was walking trough the school with his ipod on some classical music, mostly Beethoven, he just love it. He was wearing black in all his body, he might do stuff in the night so he was buying furniture for his new department in his cell phone, just the number of the credit card and done, how easy was everything with the technology of these days. While he was walking he smelled blood, tons of it. He stopped abruptly and tried to identify from where was that odor, he followed the scence and he pushed the door of the stadium and the scent was even more, so he ran as fast as he could, he didnt knew what to expect or why was he running so fast and was so worried, maybe someone was in trouble, or he could just find what he found at last.
"Callie" he stood there watching her cry, with a dead body next to her, her lips were full of blood, and her tears well they became red drops when touched the ground. He dint knew how to react, so he didnt. He tried to understand her, but a death body was there, a poor little girl, that had family and could have been someone important.

She looked from her hands up to see Leon, standing there shocked. No….no he can’t see me like this, not him. Running her hands through her hair, she looked from the girl to Leon. “I didn’t-“ she tried to say, but she inched away from the body and stood, knees shaking. She looked down at her stained dress and she felt so dirty, so violated. Her hands just rubbed angrily against her dress trying to wipe the blood away.

“Leon, I didn’t mean to kill her” She said, tears just streaming down her face. With careful steps, she walk to Leon and put her arms around him. “I can’t stop…I’m so scared. I’m a killer” She buried her head in his shoulder and just wanted to feel something. Ever since she changed, she either felt hungry or empty and now…she felt like dying in his arms. He hated her, god knows what he really felt.

Leon just stood there, what more he could do? well he maybe was acting like that because he wasn't a full vampire, he could eat human food even if he didn't like it at all, but he tried to be in her situation and understand her, he really tried, but oh poor girl the only thoughts that went around him were the future she could have, and will never be. She could feed of bad people, ok thats understandable, but a poor young girl? Oh Callie what have you done?
"Leon, i didn't mean to kill her" she said with the tears in her eyes, of what he knew about Callie, she could be maybe a manipulative and seductive girl, but she had feelings, and the best way to push the people away from your feelings is to be like that, what she needed was love. And who was him to judge her? he was a sinner too. "I cant stop ... I'm so scared. I'm a killer" Leon felt her embrace, a cold hug wanting to be warm, he responded her with a hug, he gave her the most emotive hug he had gave to someone in his life, he really felt it. She needed love and he was going to protect her and take care of her, such a good friend, such a lover, Oh Callie, everything will be fine he thought.
"Listen to me, I'm here, I will help you, i just need you to trust me, i wont judge you, no one will, and no one is capable to" he said while he hugged her more and kissed her head.

She could feel him, hug back and it felt like it meant something. So empty, so cold and blood, so much blood. Her eyes ran red and she dug her nails into his back, afraid to let go. Leon was the only person who stayed and who cared, so many had already left her. She wished her heart would beat, just to prove that she was alive and she was dead.

"Listen to me, I'm here, I will help you, i just need you to trust me, i wont judge you, no one will, and no one is capable to"
The soft kiss sent shivers down her spine cause of the small feeling behind it. She nodded in his shoulder and raised her stained face to meet his. “Thank you…I trust you, I trust you will all my heart—“ she started to laugh softly and smiled at him. “Whats left of it”

"Thank you…I trust you, I trust you will all my heart—Whats left of it” her face, so pale so beautiful, how could something so dazzling could be so dangerous, how love turns into hate, and how hate turns into death, if he could help her he would, but first he needed to make her understand, she had a great power, and she had a great heart, what ever she thought of it.
He smiled back at her and spoke "Look sweetheart, you think we dont have a heart, we do have one, maybe it doesnt work like the others, but we dont feel with the heart, the human heart its just like a lung or a kidney, they need it to live" leon took her to the bench and sat with her, "but we feel with our body, with our hands" leon took callie's hand and caressed his own cheek, "and we love with our mind, and we do have one, you trust me with your mind, with love, Callie, the body can be dead but our spirit, or sense, never dies, and yours wont die, because im here and i wont let it, please, keep ur sense alive, thats what truly make us beautiful" he said.
Leon smiled and embraced her again.

"Look sweetheart, you think we dont have a heart, we do have one, maybe it doesnt work like the others, but we dont feel with the heart, the human heart its just like a lung or a kidney, they need it to live"

She looked up at him with swelled eyes, trying to understand his words. Feeling his weight guide her to a bench, she stared up into his eyes, seeing the, cold yet alive…a feat he apparently was a talent at. "but we feel with our body, with our hands" With a soft chuckle, she thought back to how she knew it so well when she was human. Always using men in the worst of ways, but feeling nothing because it required no emotion, but not since she didn’t have any, she was going to thrive on it. Leon took her hand and put it to his cheek, the touch sent a child up her arm. She felt her chest tighten and sense her fingers touching him.

She felt her hug him once more and felt her tears slowly dry. Her sense, whatever Leon called it was controlling her and it was starting to attack her, slowly. “Leon, you say you’re here, but the thing is, I’m still dead, whatever I feel for a guy or girl, its hungry…pure hungry and I want to lust after them, love them, but I can’t…I try…Dammit I try!” She esclaimed, pushing herself off him. She felt so dirty and she didn’t want to taint Leon. She cast her gaze to him and reached out to him once more. Her finger trailed down his neck to his chest, her hungry controling her chest to heave. "I want so much...I want and I want, but I don't know what I need"

“Leon, you say you’re here, but the thing is, I’m still dead, whatever I feel for a guy or girl, its hungry…pure hungry and I want to lust after them, love them, but I can’t…I try…Dammit I try!” Leon didnt really know how to help her, he never were in that situation, he never felt that hungry of blood, maybe it was a newborn thing that will disappear with the years, but in the middle what should she do? and how was he going to help her? She moved away, and then she went back, she clearly didnt knew what she wanted.
"Ok Callie you dont know what you want" then she said "I want so much...I want and I want, but I don't know what I need" and feeling her hand down his neck didnt helped her to know what she wanted. Leon sighed and looked to her hand, he took it and kissed her hand softly, oh god he didnt know how to help her in a situation he had never been on. "Callie Ive never been in that situation, but listen to me, maybe this will sound crazy, but in something will worth of, every time you need to feed, come with me, feed of me, of my blood, thats the only way to not hurt anyone, please think about it, i know your big love for your friends, i know you will give your life for them, so let me love you like you love them, and let me help you" Leon stared at her holding her hand with both of his.

She could feel the threat of a pulse underneath his skin and it was so addicting, licking her teeth she wanted him in that moment, but before she could act on it he took her hand. He kissed it, letting his lips caress the pale gleam of her skin. "Callie I’ve never been in that situation, but listen to me, maybe this will sound crazy, but in something will worth of, every time you need to feed, come with me, feed of me, of my blood.”

She started to shake her head, watching his eyes. No—No no no no, she could never do that to him, it would weaken him or worse. What was beneath his skin was what she wanted, what she desired , but it was too dangerous…a random stranger was more likely to be forgotten than Leon.

“That’s the only way to not hurt anyone, please think about it, I know your big love for your friends, I know you will give your life for them, so let me love you like you love them, and let me help you,”

She squeezed her eyes shut and bit her lip, considering it. He made her out to be such a hero, a lover of friends and entertainers. Throwing that word around wasn’t helping, Love. Putting a hand on his, she smiled slightly. “Leon, I can’t do that to you. I lo-like you to much to do that, we’ve been through a lot. Good and…bad. If I drink from you, I’ll carried away—“ She stared from his eyes to his neck then lower. “Many ways” Looking back to his eyes, she was fighting the hunger.

"Callie im not asking you to kill me or something, i know how strong and weak i am, and if im saying this is for a reason, please, make some sense to yourself, what do you prefer? go around and kill Innocent people, do you know the pain her parents would feel for her?" he glanced at the dead girl over the ground, then he looked back at her caressing her lips with his finger "Callie, dear, i know this is not easy for you, but for me its the best way, i know im not a hero, im yet a monster, but callie we decide what we want to be, not what we are" he sighed and stood up "Im with you" he said looking down at her eyes.

"Callie im not asking you to kill me or something, i know how strong and weak i am, and if im saying this is for a reason, please, make some sense to yourself, what do you prefer? "

She looked away from him and bite her lip. He was so stupid, to her he was a pig on a platter and wanted to eat him up, but the temptation to do more than eat was there. Her hands bundled up her dress, distracting her hands so she wouldn't ponuce him. Behind her eyes, the vision of him perpared for her, it was almost too painful to resist.

"Go around and kill Innocent people, do you know the pain her parents would feel for her?"

Her eyes connected with his once more and the threat of tears, happened once more. His finger traced along her lip and her eyes fluttered, realizing how close he was to her tasting him. She took his hand in hers and, squeezed it for remorse. "I know--but there was nothing else I could do" she manged to say, kissing the tips of his fingers.

Callie, dear, i know this is not easy for you, but for me its the best way, i know im not a hero, im yet a monster, but callie we decide what we want to be, not what we are. Im with you"

He stood, moving his hand away and she could only stand with him. All he was going on about were words, helpful words maybe, but just words. Action is what she needed. Taking a hand, she pressed it on the back of his head and leaned to pale neck. "Then be with me" she whispered, flexing her hand. Kissing the side of his neck softly, his scent attack her senses and she sunk her teeth in. Blood poured slowly into her watering mouth.

"Then be with me" she sunk her teeth in his neck, like kissing it, at first he felt an electric shook his hands tightened in his side, his eyes were fully open, and when the first drop of blood fell into her mouth he closed his eyes and his hands run to her waist, squeezing and going almost up and down, he relaxed more his posture. If someone once said that vampires felt the passion of sex with the blood, it was true, he was enjoying it, and he bet she was too, but his only purpose was to help her, so he visualized that as help, not sexual favors.
But come on he was a guy, and it was feeling so damn good that he squeeze more her waist making her close to him, feeling her body. He ran his hand trough her waist and her back, up to the neck caressing her hair. Oh god that was feeling so good.

The blood flowed freely into her mouth, sending the same shocks down her neck. Her hand tangled itself in his hair and each pulled sent another mouthful. Sucking playfully on the two holes, her leg raised itself to his hip. Oh god, she thought, tasting the sweet necter in her mouth. It felt so wrong, being this monster and attacking him, but it wouldn't kill him not like the others. His hands were feeling blindly and squeezed with each swallow.

Taking her mouth back, she raised her head to stared up at him with a evil grin. "I needed that" Taking her hand, she wiped her mouth and stared down at his lips. Taking a pale hand, she stuck it inside his black jacket and started to pop his buttons. Her lips met his hungrily and she pushed him against the wall of the shed.

Oh Callie was goddess when she wanted to be one, and she could almost be the hell in earth, how someone could be black and white at the same time, maybe that’s what made her attractive to anyone. She raised her leg to his hip, and he with out a doubt touched her leg, soft and cold. “I needed that “she wiped her mouth. He tried to smile but he couldn’t, he glanced at the sport field looking for some soul alive, and he didn’t saw a thing, the sun was about to fall and the night to born, he glanced at the dead body, how long will the parents wait to call the police for a missing girl? How long? He wanted to take the body and disappear it, but Callie was showing her love, in the way she knew, she wasn’t just a little girl were you could show her love by buying her an ice cream, go to the movies, or something, those thing were old enough to work. If that was the way she wanted to be loved, and he loved her, he would show her some love, al he had to give. She started with the bottoms and in a second he was against a wall. “Are you sure you want this?” he whispered in her ears, kissing them, and folding his hand on her leg.

She smirked, pulling her lips back. His cool kisses were crippling and she was oozing in his arms. "Are you sure you want this?" he whispered and she nodded slowly, thinking over his words. "Time to show me how you really feel--" She chuckled and intook a deep breath feeling his touch on the mid of her thigh. Her hand wiggled its way until feeling his fit muscles. "Your a good friend, Leo"

Taking a small bite out of his lip, she sucked on the blood coming from the small wound. Blood and boy were the newest drugs and it was pumping into her system, her only fear was a overdose. Her lips were hungrily attacking his and her nails were digging into his chest. The whole setting was driving her crazy, standind by the shed during school, making out beside a dead body. I like this new me.
